Great experience. Sales were great to work with and delivery guys were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the new fridge got in through some tight spaces. Definitely would recommend!

We’ve been happy customers of Mathu’s for many years. We’re very pleased with the customer service under the new ownership as well. We get great piece of mind knowing that behind the quality product is super customer service. We recently purchased a new refrigerator. The refrigerator was in stock and installed the next day! The set up guys were great in setting it up, cleaning up and taking out the old refrigerator. They were very polite and personable as well.

I cannot even begin to say how impressed we were with Mathu's! Woke up to a non-functioning refrigerator and the same day we called, Chris the service tech, came out to look at it! He was very personable, knowledgeable and up front with us. Unfortunately our refrigerator was unfixable but the excellent customer service we received from Collin and Nick in the store was top notch! We ended up buying a new refrigerator and upright freezer. The delivery process was fast and they made it seem easy! Overall, super impressed with the service and quality of this business. We will always be loyal Mathu's customers!

I was sad to learn this afternoon that our two year-old Frigidaire upright freezer died (compressor failure… apparently common with Frigidaire) and we would need a new freezer. I called around to several retailers and nobody could deliver sooner than a few days up to a few weeks. Had this happened in winter, my urgency would’ve been considerably less. But temperatures in the 80s was a threat to losing all my frozen items. The repair man that diagnosed the problem recommended us going to Mathu’s and gave us suggestions for a freezer he liked. I called and was happy to find out they had a freezer in stock. I got there at 5 PM to purchase it, and within 40 minutes I had a freezer delivered! How’s that for service! I would recommend Mathu’s, and Rick and Collin for their tremendous customer service and eager willingness to help me!
